Privacy policy

This policy explains what Fandango Dance Studio collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When a parent or guardian uses the contact form, we collect their name, email or phone, how they would like us to reach them, the age group of the dancer, the class they are asking about and their message. We do not ask for a child's name, birth date or medical details on this site, and we ask you not to include any. If you register, we ask for what we need privately, on the studio's registration page.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to hold a place in a class. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the studio except the services that send our email and host this site.

Photos

We ask a parent or guardian before we share a photo of a dancer, on this site, in newsletters or on social media. You can change your answer at any time.

Keeping and deleting

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of your inquiry. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by calling or writing to the studio.
